How do you deliver excellent customer service? By providing an exceptional experience for the customer.

What makes you a special team member at your dealership? I have been with Subaru for 12 years, and have plenty of knowledge in both parts and service.

The Forester XT - it's practical and powerful.

Listening to the customers' needs and requests.

What is your favourite Subaru vehicle and why? Subaru BRZ, because it's a sexy sports car at a great affordable price for young and old.

What do you love about the brand? Subaru is a safe and reliable brand not only in Australia, but across the world.

What is your favourite car colour and why? World Rally Blue because of Subaru's great passion in world rally. 

What is your favourite Subaru vehicle and why?

I like the new Outback as it's a nice family size vehicle, boot is very spacious.

What does excellent customer service mean to you?

 I try and go above and beyond for the customers. If a customer walks away with a smile and understanding of everything, I am happy.

What do you love about the brand?

Subaru is such a well-known brand around the world. It’s not just for family but also the big kid in you.

What is your favourite Subaru vehicle and why? A tough choice between the 1998 Version 5 STI and the current model STI. I’ve owned both and can say I prefer the styling of the older model but prefer the driving of the new model. So I’m going to say it’s a tie between those 2.

What does excellent customer service mean to you? To me it means meeting customer expectations and going beyond for them.

What do you love about the brand? I love the simplicity and practicality of the Subaru brand.
